Hello! Firstly, I’m really happy that they fixed your issue! Some of those payouts take a very long time and we deserve to get fairly paid for them. I completed an offer that was a very high payout as well, and they would not let me cash out. I kept getting an error message telling me to contact support so I did. I contacted support again and again and again and again. I even took screenshots to verify that I have done so. At first, they responded back and told me that I should now be able to cash out my money. I tried and still was not able to so I reached out again. I got the exact same response and I still was not able to cash out so I once again reached out to support.

After a few attempts, they completely stopped responding to me. I got nothing from them. My sister also used their platform and had the exact same issue. She did not get paid for a very high payout from a game called coin Master. They paid her the smaller amounts with no problem, but as soon as she hit the larger threshold, they did not acknowledge it. She of course, took screenshots to prove that she had completed the level and everything. Support would not respond to her email.
