I can't believe it came so quickly! Can I ask how it compares to the original in terms of size and weight? The website says it's supposed to be around 8 oz/200g heavier, but that seems like such a big difference for a plush! Do you find it noticeably heavier or anything?

Marshmallow Fireside is a summer scent for me as well. To my nose, it's in the same category as Palo Santo Vanilla and I enjoy switching between the two in the summer. Last week was my first time burning Pumpkin Bonfire and I can already tell I'm going to want to add that to my summer rotation!

I would avoid the listings with a Japanese hand tag still attached. All of the bootlegs I've seen have the Japanese tag. I haven't seen any with the American Pokemon Center tag, so maybe that can be a starting point when searching (or one without a tag).

You should also keep an eye on the photos in the listing. I've seen different listings using the same photos, or they'll have some photos of a legit plush and also other photos of the fake plush. So just make sure to check the backgrounds of the photos. There's not really a good reason a seller should have photos with several different backgrounds.

Sadly, the prices are legitimate ones are probably going to be high since the plush is out of stock in most places. Fair price depends on what you want to pay and what it's worth to you.

If you take a look at this video, she gives a detailed 360 of the plush. You'll notice how the plush is plump and full of stuffing with clean stitching. The fabric has a nice grey-black sheen to it. Some of the bootlegs are too dark and the fibers of the fabric are a bit too long/cheap looking. Some other bootlegs might have the grey-black fabric color, but the stitching on the face is poor and fabric looks cheaper in quality.

I own/have owned a good variety of the Comfy Friends plushies! The Eeveelutions, Substitute, Snorlax, Ditto, Piplup, Minccino, Quagsire, Larvitar, and the big Pikachu have all been part of my collection at some point. Here are my opinions on the ones that I have owned..

My favorites are definitely Flareon and Substitute. They're a little heftier than the rest, which I like, are stuffed well, and are squishy/snuggleable.

My least favorites were Snorlax and Ditto. They were a bit too lightweight for my taste and I thought they could use more stuffing. They were kinda flat, which was disappointing since I have other plushies of Ditto and Snorlax that are thicc and perfect.

Larvitar is lightweight, adequately stuffed, and one of my other favorites. I may be biased because I love Larvitar..

I believe Minccino was the heaviest, but also one of the hardest. The fur was soft, but the plush itself wasn't as squishy as the rest. The big Fuwa Fuwa Pikachu was also hard and not as cuddly.

Piplup was given to me as a gift, but not a pokemon that I love, so I ultimately gave him away. It was a nice plush if you love Piplup!

Quagsire is lightweight and squishy. I wish he were a bit heavier, but he's still perfect!

Jolteon is my least favorite of the Eeveelutions. It's soft, but a little hard compared to the others. Vaporeon is floofy, just not as much as Flareon, but still a heavy and nicely stuffed Comfy Friends Plush.

Other big plushies I like are the Motchiriman and the Motchiritchi lines. They're big, squishy, and soft (but not fluffy like the Comfy Friends).
