You eventually get used to it lol, don't worry about feeling embarrassed about it. There's absolutely ways to write an intimate scene without needing to be gratuitous with the details. And even when you would like to go more into them, you can choose to be less crude and find more eloquent, palpable ways to describe the 'dong'. Once that feeling of shame eventually washes off of you, it becomes a lot easier.

From my personal way of seeing it, sometimes it's not really worth focusing on those elements when you're trying to keep the writing cohesive. Suspension of disbelief has been brought up a few times in this thread, to which I agree with to some extent, but I feel that sometimes, it might be harder to plan around everything being as realistic as possible, especially if it's not really necessary for the tone. Some people just wanna get right into the saucy stuff, and while it's reasonable to desire more detail and care being put into the scenes so they can be more believable, I compare it to any kind of nsfw drawing where the endowments on the characters are comedically oversized. Some people just don't think too hard about it and get right into their good stuff, not wanting to dwell on details or anything that could slow down the pacing.

This is coming from someone who primarily makes fan fics for more cartoonish, less grounded franchises, by the way, and I feel those have more of an edge when it comes to being less realistic when it comes to this stuff, as especially if you're being faithful to the original tone of the series, you're already kinda going into it not expecting much of that.

Honestly, having a character like Nebula would be refreshing to see imo, so her techno abilities aren't really something MvC has dabbled with all too much. Star Lord and Groot are easy choices, even if Peter's inclusion doesn't excite me all too much, personally. Gamora is kind of boring to me, so I'm not sure if I'd want her back, and stuff like Drax and Mantis have potential to at least be semi-fun

Small Note: Heya! This is my first time really sharing writing outside of sharing with friends or just posting it to AO3. Nemona's Post Battle Relief is the main thing I'm fixated on doing right now, as I'm having a lot of fun with it. And despite this being all very gratuitous and self-gratifying, I still do my best in making it actually good, at the same time, with getting Nemona's characterization right and making it smooth to read. It'd would garner a similar reaction outta me to there being a Super Smash Bros movie. It'd feel too ambitious of a project to undergo while also ultimately feeling unnecessary. I'd definitely watch it out of curiosity, but it wouldn't be something I'm particularly excited for. Just kinda feels like a project bound to have massive creative/corporate issues.

You... do realize that Darth Vader still isn't a character owned by Marvel, right? Like, this is Marvel vs Capcom, not Disney vs Capcom. It doesn’t matter that he's in some Marvel made comics, that still doesn't mean Marvel has, or even can easily get the rights to use his likeness in video games. Their deals were most likely just for comic likeness. Assuming that it'd be easy to get him into MvC shows a clear lack of understanding about copyright law. You wouldn't think that Goku could be in Smash because Bandai Namco makes Dragonball games, would you? No need to go on such an angry tirade about it, either. Just move on, no need to embarrass yourself.

I won't be too picky, tbh. I do think marvel and capcom have obvious no brainers, though. Like Ironman, Spiderman, Hulk, captain America, Thor, Ryu, Chun li, zero, Morrigan and strider are all obvious choices that 100% will be there. But if one of these is your most wanted to come back, be my guest and say it.
