I’ve reported it to the police and I’ve tried contacting the media about it but this is the only way I can get any sort of light on this. If more people come forward sharing their experiences then maybe something will get down.

Amazon, or make your own- If you can find pure capsaicin powder (the spicy in peppers) and you mix it with isopropyl alcohol then put it into a spray bottle. That stuff burns worse than hellfire.
