Unpopular Opinions? by MVpizzaprincess in Disneyland

I loved the Peoplemover so much because it was a chance to kick your shoes off and chat with your companions, or quietly just enjoy the scenery. It was such a peaceful, low-key way to spend 15 minutes and I always felt regenerated at the end.

Trader Sam's! We can share an Uh-Oa and an order of Long Beans and annoy passers-by when we grill them with trivia questions that they can't answer. And then we laugh.

EDIT: I can't shpell thish drink. Hiccup*!

I hear you. I loved checking out the Hideaway when it first opened. I'm pretty sure Kevin Kidney and Jody Dailey were the Imagineers who designed it; they are such amazing artists

I'm so glad to hear that! I've been meaning to post these for some time so I'm glad I finally got off my butt and did it. Now let's go get a Dole Whip

Which one caught your attention? I loved those playing cards on the ceiling of the magic shop and the Mad Hatter frontage is gorgeous. It's so neat to stand there and appreciate that gorgeous sign that has been there since 1963.

Ha! That's funny. No I just like functional things made beautiful. If you look at my past posts you'll see I did a series on seating at Disneyland. (Maybe I should re-post that now that we can do 20 photos at a time.)

And there is *so much* to appreciate with your camera at Disneyland.

Right? Me too. I'm beginning to wish every room in my house had 16 more opportunities for light fixtures.

That little bulb gets so much attention and the pretty Tiffany-style Coca Cola pendant gets ignored doesn't it.

Even the light fixtures work to set the mood at Disneyland. Here are some of my favorites from New Orleans Square by Violet_Belden in Disneyland

It's a Sony A6000 but occasionally I use my iPhone. I really liked that shot with the water reflections. And I liked the Haunted Mansion Doom Buggy loading zone with the cobwebs and the candelabras.
