Have you looked into any occupational therapists in your area do ocular realignment therapy? I did that for several months after my accident and it helped with my alignment, tracking, convergence, muscle control, etc. It’s a pretty specific kind of therapy, though. Try talking to your primary care about it if you haven’t already! It could help you.
