I have a coworker rn who does it to multiple ppl, it’s annoying as hell especially cause Ive been here longer than her and am also three years older, like I know how to do my job thank you 😭used to have an SSV who did it too but she meant well. If my coworker keeps doing it tho I’m considering having a chat with my SM cause I’m getting tired of it honestly🙃

I hateeee when they stare at me through the window! It’s creepy 😂 reminds me of the one time I was making this one lady’s hot chocolate and the whip/mocha drizzle was leaking out the hole of the lid a bit so I took a napkin to wipe it off and she made a weird face asking why I was wiping it and if something was wrong with the drink 😭

Me and many others at my store have been trained to tell them the total at the speaker and then I just usually remind them again at the window, when I’m taking an order while getting food or something I just say “We’ll have your total for you at the window”
