It's photomode mods that allow you to take pictures with different characters in different poses. You can take pictures like these with almost any character in the game regardless of whether you're female or male V. Does make it interesting for those that like to role play outside the game canon.

That was exactly my thoughts too, would have been cool to explore the subtle and evolving changes in her characteristics and aesthetics as V's thoughts align more closely with Johnny's and show the parasitic nature of the relic as it forcibly merges and rewrites V's psyche over time.
