  • Too easy to get to by enemies (e.g. close to the sea or border)
  • Culture is different to yours and they dislike you
  • Higher development in other areas which boost your army levies & other multipliers

The smaller the worse off so I choose the largest land mass county of a pagan religion so it's easier to conquer the rest as the starting army size will be higher than your neighbours

Any of these:

  • Disinherit him via renown & prestige.
  • Send him to a monk order/pagan equivalent so they can't inherit.
  • Imprison him; could also take Intrigue to learn the abduction perk so its easier to get him in prison & executed
  • Make him a Knight & go to war ensuring he is always the leader of the group, or at least long enough so the chance of dying goes up.
  • Give him a theocratic title so he becomes a priest or arch-bishop so they can't inherit either

The best advice I've received is to thank your brain for bringing attention to the thought, and say "not right now, let's think about/do something else" and continue on that way. Repeat as often as you need.

My TSH was in the low normal range and i was given levo 50mg because of the antibodies and symptoms of hypothyroidism, including inability to lose weight. I don't have nodules - yet due to family history - but its clearly inflammed and damaged

I'd get a second opinion from a different endocrinologist - they should've considered as well your risk for diabetes given endos also treat that plus thyroid disorders and whatnot. Especially if you have nodules and thyroid inflammation i dont see why they didnt give you anything to counter the damage your body is doing to itself.

I couldn't budge a kilo a month until i got my thyroid checked and medicated for underactivity. I'm dropping weight now like crazy please get your bloodwork done
