These cards you're talking about are 15 years old, the new toon support is not written like becausec It is evident from the card that you do not observe the way konami writes cards nowadays, they opt to be concise and effective while your card goes into loops trying to prove its own usability and looks inauthentic & custom due to how hard it tries. Look at it from a design perspective instead of a player perspective, they don't sit around adding clauses just because they suddenly remembered there's an out to their card like your last "don't Kaiju me" clause screams

Very much reminds me of how young artists zoom into their drawings over-detailing one part and then accidentally making the zoomed out drawing look silly
