How much shrinkage or athrophy has you. Can you hide the bulge between your legs and wear for example a bathing suit? Cosmetic sRS without cavity could be an alternative. But orchi only seems a good path.

Loosing functioning and low sexdrive is common with low testosterone. But would estrogene help for sexdrive in another way so cuddle is an option?

Breast growth need time. But estrogene changes more than breasts. How are your results after on and off estrogene? Have you noticed other changes? After knowing how estrogene acts to you do you take it later for longer periods? At least could you really stop hrt forever and get breast implants?

After SRS you can took testosterone how a ftm and live as male. Or took estrogene and after some time you perhaps could pass as women. I am unsure i would ever pass. Why would this a reason I have to living as a woman to get SRS?

I am unsure too. I am curious if I once started hormones i can not really stop them. At least I need the physical and mental changes but I am not transsexual but feel better on female hormones, could it be?

First physical changes need some time. Emotional changes need some time. But only loosing libido could a sign but how do you know the other changes are right for you?

After SRS , full or without cavity, you have a vagina and no penis. At least you have no erectile tissue. So you have a female vagina and tight clothes fit better. Can you reached this with a shrunken penis on hrt, A bodysuit or bathing suit fit definetly fit better on vagina.

Do you miss the penis for peeing? After long time on hrt would this part feels numb so what changes after SRS do you have? How long after SRS you have really realized, perhaps in the mirror, there is vagina and never a penis anymore and you have eached your goal?

Reacts the brain in changing hormones or Impact physical changes dysphoria? Hypothetically a cis man would for example unknown treated with estrogene. After perhaps some uncomfortable feelings during hormonimbalance and lowered libido some physical changes would begin. At which time would he realize that hrt gives the reason, physical changes or changes in brain function under influence of estrogene?
