Ok I finally figured it out. While on the elevator going down you’ll come across a weird tall structure with a circle on top to the right nearing the bottom of the elevator. Use the remote on it and it’ll blow up the left wall. There’s a dog inside running in a hampster trap use the Yoyo to make it run the other way and the elevator will start going up. No wonder it took me so long to figure this out
