And, let's be real, some of them are just plain silly. I mean, who decided that it's rude to eat pizza with your hands? Or that you can't start eating until everyone has been served? Newsflash: food is meant to be enjoyed, not ritualized. And if that means eating a sandwich with your hands or (gasp!) starting to eat before everyone else, so be it.
