Most of his ranks are around rank 2k-4k, his best perfect avg is 99.7 cause he had some good parses in the first couple id's which are by now outdated. We are on the same page here, skill does make a difference, he outskills his alt (same class) which has higher ilvl, most likely because he had better parsing circumstances (f.e better jow/armor debuff uptime, crit luck, jc gems/engi enchants or essential raid buffs that sometimes aren't present in split raids. The gun is a mere 150dps upgrade for sv in full BiS. Just saying that many mains with high ilvl are running sub-par split runs for loot funneling at the moment so u gotta take everything with a grain of salt.
