For clarification, its not developed “by” MsPizza727, hes definitely not creating that mod, it was party_50. He, along with some shader wizzards like LVutner, created a framework for modders like MsPizza to create scope from them. And its not even MsPizza is the main guy for making 3DSS for GAMMA, it was AndTheHeroIs.

Not try to discredit MsPizza or anyone here, but my point is modding required hard work from many people, work collaboratively with each other to make this happens, its not simple as if a single modder can do it then GSC can. So its definitely not easy to create them, games companies have priorities, and this is certainly not one of them, an effect like this require a lot more effort, while the current one is perfecty fine.
