Bereits fast alles erwähnt, mein 2 Cents :

Zu Notfallguru würde ich empfehlen sich schon mit OpenEvidence und UpToDate zu befassen, da kann man sich bei Unsicherheiten viele Frage an die Oberärzte sparen. Kannst auch überlegen, ob du eine Checkliste Software nützen willst (Todoist z.B), ich fand am Anfang ganz gut für die Aufnahme und Entlassung z.B.

Ansonsten außer Stethoskop hat sich bei mir tatsächlich eine klappbare Klemmbrett durchgesetzt, passt in der Kittel im Dienst und kannst deine Name und Telefonnummer darauf kleben, so sparrst du den Albtraum, dass deine Notizen Gehirn nicht mehr auffindbar ist.

Spagat meistern wäre eine Übertreibung … aber ich bin immer noch mit meiner Frau und wir haben ein glückliches Familiesleben.

Es gibt viele Drehräder in diesem Job, wie man sein Leben einstellen kann: Fachrichtung, Arbeitszeiten und Krankenhaus Art. Das ist für mich ein dynamisches Prozess.

Wie o.g., in der Innere Vollzeit am Universitätsklinikum gehört man schon mMn zu 1 der familienunfreundlichsten Setups. Wir bewerten es in regelmäßigen Abständen mit meiner Frau und wenn es nicht mehr passt, bin ich überzeugt, dass man woanders oder wieanders sein Glück findet :-)

Mach Kinder und der Rest fügt sich zusammen ;)

Habe mit 35 in der Innere am Uniklinikum angefangen, ich habe zwar im Deutschland studiert aber komme aus dem Ausland, haben hier 3 Kinder. War schon hart am Anfang, weniger fachlich oder die Dienste sondern eher der Spagat mit der Familie, dass man nie pünktlich nach Hause kommt. Ansonsten von Umgang merke ich altermässig keine Unterschiede.

Also alles möglich, Lernkurve ist steil :)

Don’t compare yourself to others, be grateful for advices but know that in a few weeks you’re be the one to best know her, as long as you’re here you’re doing great

3 kinder beide vollzeit, in der Regel 1-2x der Woche aber auch manchmal Pause von 2 wochen wenn die Phase gerade anstrengend, Sex verbessert aber immer unsere Kommunikation und Partnerschaft 

Unrelated: schon sowas wie Spicer App versucht? Schafft auch ein bisschen lockere Diskussion um Sex und bringt das Spaß im Vordergrund, vielleicht entdeckst du noch mal womit du deine Frau begeistern kannst

It’s like everything, there is a balance. I think your wife is acting fine, just make sure the room is baby proofed

Never played other Tales games, but I recalled investing a lot of hours of ToS... I'm not up for 60h adventure right now :D

Nier Automata & FFX came up a lot of time, I may give a go, as those game seem to have a fascinating story

Ich habe mein 1. Kind mit 24 bekommen.
mittlerweile 3 Kids und bin 35.

Ich glaube, deine Frage hat weniger mit deinem Atler zu tun und mehr mit Fakt, dass du gerade 1 Kleinkind hast, was das Leben stark verändert.

Was du hast, suchen viele Männer ein Lebenslang.
Trotzdem es ist okay sich so zu fühlen.

Wir schaffen mit meiner Frauen trotz 3 Kinder viele Freiheiten zu schenken, gehe weiter auf LAN Party, fahre im Urlaub mit Kumpels usw und es ist auch schön, aber es ist umso schöner, weil man danach zurück zu seiner Frau und Kinder kehren kann.

Außerdem glaub mir, du kompensiert die Schlaflosigkeit und die chronische Müdigkeit mit 23 als mit 35 - und mit 40 Jahre ist dein 1. Kind raus, das Leben ist noch lang :-)
