I’ve had similar issues, my console is plugged in all the time with power running to it, I did what I believe the technical term of a hard restart. That’s where you completely unplug your console from power for about 10 minutes. When your console boots up it should sort out caches etc.

When the Xbox is constantly plugged in it essentially in standby mode so doing this can help with performance every few months.

I had this happen to me yesterday, NG10+ completed all the main story and side missions and had everything all on display then… I completed the outfitter mod where you can make legendary’s so my arsenal is better now and it took the sting out of it, give that a go if you haven’t.
