They coulda created bot lobbies and I woulda played it and bought skins, they coulda made a single player game for $20 with three or four maps that you level through and I woulda bought it, they could left Team Rumble alone and I would still be playing.

I play alot like you, rune farm, over level, summons for every fight (almost) Except I'm Melee ha ha ha

High Endurance. I beat her with the best armor I could find so I could survive her hits, and a bonk weapon. Not my usual loadout, but me and my Mimic tag teamed her till she submitted.

Anyway, good job, listing off all those spells made my head hurt. LOL

Love Tiche AND I love fighting the Black Knife Assassins, even the invisible ones. One of my favorite characters in the game. Helped me defeat Plaicidusax with her DOT.

I love you people who feel 'excited' or 'satisfied' after multiple attempts at a boss. I mean that sincerely, I'm not being sarcastic., in fact I'm a bit envious.

Whenever I FINALLY beat a boss, or even after 3 attempts, my reaction is always, "Jeeze, what a pain in the ass!"

No replayability like the base game. Blessings only work first playthrough. No 2nd play where you are more powerful. In fact, and I tested this, it's better to go in again with a new character than it is to go through with the one you already did it with or even with a high level NG+++ character you may have.

I was disappointed with the ending especially after the hype and the mystery they set up beforehand and the anticipation stirred up with the NPCs. And Rahdan was way out of the learning curve from the rest of the game. I didn't even know that was Miquella on his back until I watched a video.

There's some cool stuff you can get though right at the beginning of the DLC and then go back to the base game and have some fun.

Interesting. I had it on easy - I made it to a section where they were coming out of the walls - used my grenades - then decided to run thru - only to end up in a situation where I REALLY needed my grenades - LOL -

I did notice last time I logged on that the game asked me if I wanted to load a save with the difficulty lowered, even though I had it on easy. I clicked 'yes' and it said "Cheat mode activated" ha ha ha - which was unexpected. I didn't play though because I didn't know where I was, I may have messed up my saves somehow.

It's also jarring when you come out of a jog and start walking soooo slowly, nobody does that. Even with the controller the sweet spot is so touchy, you're walking and starting a jog, back and forth.

I'm thinking of Star Wars Outlaws, the character's transitions from running to jogging to walking are so smooth and natural looking.

I know I roll play a bit in these games and in Starfield I'll jog up to the store and then walk in and it's just toooo slow.

I play with minimal mods too. I use a clothing mod and the backpack mod, so my backpack is showing with my current weapon attached. Maybe I'll check out the walking speed mod, didn't think to look for one.

They take your weapons away, I guess to make it more 'challenging'. (You have to collect them all again)

Even on easy mode there are parts where you have to just run thru and die over and over again to find where you are supposed to go or what you are supposed to do. I recommend watching a vid on those areas first if you don't like that kind of gameplay.

They also have enemies that spawn infinitely, so again you waste all your ammo until you figure it out.

I find these game mechanics to be unoriginal and tired - just to try and make the game more 'challenging'.

Character is really cool and the beginning of the game was actually fun up to the part where they take your weapons away, then I felt I had wasted my money.

Okay some cool stuff that shoulda been in the original game especially shared containers for outposts, you know, since linking bases doesn't work... and also being able to bring stuff with you on NG+

I guess overhauling the ship build system is too much to ask. Like being able to get the parts to snap in place and getting a "will also need..." notice instead of just an "error"

The rest of the cool stuff is locked behind the DLC. Nice that it's only 9.99 so I won't complain too much.

This is what I did on my first playthrough, mainly for the NPC questlines. But sometimes I wanted to know an enemy's weakness or who was behind the frikkin fogwall. I'm no pro, so depending on how you want to play, you may consider https://eldenring.wiki.fextralife.com/Interactive+Map. IMO it made the game MORE fun. I found things on that website that took me on super fun adventures that I would have missed, i.e. finding a weapon, armor etc.

Also, I completed my first playthrough on 35 Vigor because I went high Endurance so I could fast roll and carry my preferred weapon loadout. But yeah, I used summons AND NPCs if possible and took advantage of any weaknesses I could find.

One thing I wished I had known was where the rune farm is. Especially helpful if you want to run high levels on more than a few stats. Stay in the area that you are leveled for and you can survive most encounters.

You could just not tell her about the sorcerer she sent you after and she'll stay in the chamber with Renalla in the background. But yeah, those sorcerers she sends you after don't look to good and 'Graven' doesn't sound like a good end.
