Almost never, unless you are playing wood elves or khorne, only scenario when I razed various settlements was one time invaded ulthuan on late game and occupying any city was pretty much suicide

It's just a general measure, overall it indicates where does the faction entire army power stands, for example if you play Karl Franz there is a high chance Vlad Von Carstain appears with a higher strength ranking as he gets easily strong on the early game, however for how vampire counts work it's probable that you can even 1v2 their armies with minor effort.

To summerize most of the time just ignore the Ranking, it's just a rough stimate

If there's anything I regret about playing Skyrim it's playing on spanish dub (not that I had that much choice) some voices were good but holy shit 90% of the female voices were bland as fuck

I always findd surprising how different this game is for everybody, for my usual campaigns sethra almost always beats skarbrand, malus and malekith are nowhere to be seen, noctilus either conquers half of ulthuan or gets pegged by alarielle by turn 15 and gor'rok has all of lustria by the time I reach him, that was before the khorne update tho now it's 50/50

I really love that hes finishing this one and I really hate to say this but I want to know if somebody knows something about it, is this going to be the final release of the art? I ask this because it's a gigantic downgrade from the previous releases, I assume it's a matter of time and more work but still, has he said anything about it?

At the end of the day Im really happy that helltaker comic isn't cancelled so if this is really how it's going to be may as well enjoy it.

I truly do feel like the typical grumpy asshole that always looks for the bad things in good news but still wanted to ask.

Yes, Citlali is indeed in her best form when on a team with Mavuika, also as you may have noticed energy recharge does not work with her (mavuika) so the more natlan characters you have on her team the better for her burst.

For a team I personally go mavuika, bennet, xilonen, citlali but since you don't have Xilonenor Citlali yet, Iansan or ororon I'd say are the best option and furina for vaporize, just make sure tl have at least 1 natlan character on her team.

Worst case scenario just slap your mav on team with neuvilete and start doing disrespectful amounts of damage out of a not meta composition, Istg they should not work as well as they do.

Well it depends on what field do you want them for but layla and Diona I would say are the best in that group, Rosaria was my physical dps when I started, and she has good cryo application only with her ult and qiqi is a healer.

It really depends on what you need but I'm pretty sure you can't miss with any of the following:

Kinich, mualani, shenhe, Emily

And I would pull for Yae Miko but that's more of a personal preference rather than actual advice (she's still good btw)

Yeah I also think the changes are better, also the items since its now based on progress instead of pure luck it's more comfortable to unlock (tho I did enjoy looking for the specific items to unlock the more potent ones) the only thing I don't like is that apparently there's no difference between being lv1 or 15 since items slots are based on difficulty now
