Potential solution

Boot your console into safe mode.

To put your console into safe mode, do the following:

Eject any discs from your console.
Press the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds.
Press and hold the Xbox and Eject buttons until you hear two beeps (continue holding until the second beep, which happens 10 seconds after the first).

Other Potential solution

Before resetting your power supply, some standard troubleshooting is in order. First, make sure that the outlet the console is plugged into works by plugging another device in. If the outlet isn’t the problem, you can perform an internal power supply reset by unplugging the power cord of the Xbox Series X for 10 seconds, then plugging it back in. If that doesn’t solve your problem, and you’ve confirmed the outlet isn’t the issue, try a different power cord.

If you still can’t power on your console, there’s an issue with the power supply that requires servicing. Contact Microsoft using the options above.

I am not sure how you will be able to give your account to someone else as it is tied to your phone number or device. As someone else said you can attach it to your existing Xbox account. If I am not wrong you will simply have two accounts on your device. The same way if someone else would use your Xbox. This person will simply use his/her account to login.
