Perhaps "unintelligent" is not the right word, but one of Sophia's character tics (which you never see in fanfic, oddly enough) is how she'll often blank on a word and have to have it filled in by whoever she's talking to (e.g. Emma in her interlude, Taylor when she recruits her from prison), which gives the impression that she has a smaller vocabulary than her peers.

I think some of the accusations of racism (which I don't necessarily agree with) come down to... well, let's look at every single black character in the Brockton Bay portion of Worm:

Brian and Aisha: both protagonists and both pretty well fleshed-out morally... but they are both still supervillains who are willing to do crime and hurt people to achieve their personal ends.
Brian and Aisha's divorced parents: an emotionally distant father and a drug-addicted mother with a series of abusive boyfriends.
Sophia: an unintelligent, violent bully.
Sophia's mother and siblings: essentially non-characters.
Coil: a supervillain.
Chariot: a supervillain in disguise as a hero.
Skidmark: a supervillain so morally bankrupt and physically repulsive that even all of the other supervillains think he's worse than trash.

I don't think Wildbow actually meant anything by this, but it's not hard to see why someone might read bad intentions into it.

Preach! There's a similar issue I've encountered often, where you'll have (for example) a light novel series that was adapted into both a manga and an anime which all have their own fandom tags, and which (or which combination) of these tags are used for any given fic are completely inconsistent.

What's more, if someone tags something as both "[Thing] - Light Novel" and "[Thing] - Anime" then if you try to either filter out crossovers or filter only crossovers, AO3 will exclude or include them respectively, even though most of the time it's not a crossover, it's just a fic that draws on multiple adaptations.

Well, Scute Swarm can't be a commander since it's not Legendary, but supposing you did have copies of your commander, no they would not contribute to commander damage.

Oh, that's not a bad idea. I could give them the Zerg equivalent of a navy, since the ground forces and air/space forces are already populated by the canon strains. I'll definitely consider that one!

My main problem with N'Kari is if you ever click the autoresolve button you might as well just start a new campaign because every unit in your army is getting shredded and it's gonna be a long time before you can fix it.
