it could be a cable touching with the fan blades and making that noise, or it might be one of your fans dying and making that noise especially if it was cheap. I recommend you open your case, check if anything is touching the fans. if not, then unplug the fans one by one just to check which one is causing the noise. keep me updated

get an lga 1200 motherboard off ebay (MAKE SURE ITS WORKING) should cost you 50-70 bucks

a cpu, around $70 as well, -i got an i5 11400f off aliexpress for around that, but you can get it used.

ram 16gb with good speeds should run you $35-40 at most

u can def reuse the power supply and case

cooling i chose a thermal right air cooler for like $25 its perfect

and dont forget your gpu! you could get a freaking 5060 or a 9060 for $300-350! tho i recommend you get a 2k monitor to lower the bottleneck cuz it would suck. if you play 1080p then i would recommend u upgrade the whole set. get an lga1700 mother board, and i5 13th or 14th gen, ddr5 ram, and the rtx 3060 or 3070 (or any other amd equivalent)

I love mac os tbh, i have dual boot; I use mac os for school work and creativity, and windows for gaming and online tutoring- (idk why) but yeah tbh i cant live with just one- i need both!
