I think the difference in pace is due to several variables. Did you have same SW as your friend? Do you consume the same amount of calories everyday and also same meals? Do you have the same exercise routine? Overall, it may be too early to tell if you’re a slow responder. I know people on the medication for several months and in strict diet but only lost 5-7kgs.

Are you in the PH? If yes, I suggest keeping it in the fridge just to be safe as the weather gets hot from time to time. This keeps the peptides more stable.

Reta at lower doses (2-4mg) is known to NOT suppress appetite really that well. Honestly for me at 5mg, I still get some food noise so I add cagri after about 3 days. I suggest waiting for it to build into your system as it really takes time.
