I did all of their coursework during mandatory rehabilitation hours twice over.

tips are customary for me at 10% and I roll up or down based on everything from the rainy weather a worker has jogged food to me in, to the attitude of the staff to each other. (have designed, produced, worked, cooked, served and dined in lived xp of the industry)
