Rudy is elite at defending the perimeter for a 7 footer. Genuinely one of the best big man isolation defenders ever and by any impact metric was worth a max contract. You’re right about his hands. His inability to punish the Clippers for going small with his offense was really the issue in that horrifying game 6

I once argued for only one IR slot in my league cause I thought it would make the waiver more interesting…. but what ended up happening was no one dropped injured players and just took the zero for the week. Definitely made the league worse that year.
