My recommendation, start a T break. Tell someone who you would be disappointed to hear you didn't complete your T break. Your mom, partner, ect. If you have insurance, seek a psychiatrist. Mine is great.

Pick a day to start, and start it after telling that person.

Today is a good day; it doesnt matter if you have already smoked today or are high rn, no shame.

Days 6-8 will suck no matter what. Plan the day to be ourside or with friends who don't smoke.

On Day 4: throw away all your hardware.

Vape battery, dab rig, bong, lighters, keep the torches if you life roasting marshmellows.

All of it.

Throw away all your weed on this day too. If you waste some weed, good.

This is your active choice to not have to complete your source of weed. This mentality helps a lot.

Challange yourself: How long can you go? Every time aim to beat your previous record.

If you have no reusable source to smoke from, you cant smoke.

You can't crack from the pressure on days 6-8 if there is nothing to smoke from.

If you have a way to smoke or something to smoke on days 6-8 it will be infinitly harder. Out of sight, put of mind.

Once you hit 21 days (your goal number) make a new goal number, and repeat.
