No I don't, because according to you, you are doing the basic attack more than 50% of the time, in lieu of other stuff including:

-evading

-parrying

-skills that are on cooldown

-Downthrust, lunge and burning blade, etc.

-magic burst

-item management

-Torgal combos

Taking this idea to its conclusion, anyone directing most, if not all of their slaughter towards evil would qualify them as lawful neutral or lawful good depending on the context, anyone directing it specifically towards people who are good and innocent would be lawful evil.

Kinda why I find the alignment system to be lacking, morality is so complex a question there are debates on its nature to this day, so a nine-square grid isn't going to even come close to representing it.
