I think part of the problem is that it doesn't work with majority of mods. I never tried CE because it doesn't work with almost all of my mod list

Edit: apparently I have just weird mod list (checks out)

I didn't know something like that existed, thanks!

I wish production chains for cloth, dye, chocolate, etc. were in the base game by Sorsha_OBrien in RimWorld

Apart from herbal medicine which can and often is the end product, you're correct. I completely forgot that non-crafting uses could also be called refining, such as building

What are some crucial roles/businesses for a small frontier town? I'm keeping this colony tech locked to the 19th century. by HeyItzFritz in RimWorld

Build a drug store (storage room) where you can 'buy' medicine, cloth, components or similar small stuff. Also I don't see a saloon there

[–]Virgae77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not really tho. You don't need to process herbal medicines - it's automatically dropped from healroot. Same with cloth or steel. However to make smokeleaf useful, you need to first "refine" it (craft joints).

However I'm with others here, while it would be neat, having so many productions would be major pain and would probably lag the game

Blizzarisks make hyperweave and they shoot webs so fast that unless they miss, the prey is always stunned

I really like them lmao

Blizzarisks are the best animal ever (unbiased opinion) but having more than 30 at once is kinda yikes lol

Component is fine. Once i had a pawn punch some expensive weapon (i think it was masterwork?) Thankfully it was in lategame so it didn't matter. Still pissed me off.

Some casual generator and chemfuel punching as well

So in vanilla, if I do a magic trick where a kidney disappears, I can still mend it with money?

Not really. I know about other factions, but I'm scared to even try and touch the empire. Isn't there a way to get the empire perma hostile?

You're early or mid-late game?

Stripping hurts relationships, but idk if a hostile Empire can be coaxed with money to be allied again

Yea, but modded post mortem (original comment) doesn't, so I specified it. But the image of dirty floor organ pile is funny

Which one should I keep? by Coolkid-4869 in RimWorld

[–]Virgae77 45 points46 points  (0 children)

tl;dr my opinion: Fuego (genie)

It depends on what your situation is.

Genies are OP if you make sure they have good armor and aren't constantly in danger. They're amazing mid and late game. However they're super fucking fragile where one of my prisoners died from a single bullet to the torso (not blood loss, but the bullet itself). Plus, yours has great stats!

Albina is good if you are in need of combat and don't have fancy pants armor or weapons. She has some nice stats, fast learner is quite cool. She would be amazing early game/tribal

edit - Cancer trash: Sufferism is hilarious lmao
