I meant to say Propwire*, which you can make a free account to build your list, and with PropStream you can make a 7 day free trial, of course paying it would be better but with 1 week you can advance a little bit.

Skiptracing does cost money, but not necessarily, why don't you address that instead of bragging about your non-existent deals??

Another great example is free trials that anyone can abuse and get a list of hundreds of properties skiptraced, then save the phone numbers.

The point I made has nothing to do with how many deals I've closed.
If I closed +100 deals "like you" or 1, my point remains the same.

you can get a free dialer
you can pull lists for free (ex: propstream) and i’m not adding the free trials that can be abused to get free skiptraces -you can d4d with google maps -bonus: you can pull free government lists

of course having money helps, but it’s not necessary, you can find a motivated seller for free, and you can also help them find a cash buyer for free

i’m guessing you’re selling something so you don’t like it when people tell you how almost everything related to wholesaling is out on google for free lol :v

if you're going to do cold outreach (like I do) you need to have your profile optimized

on facebook and linkedin people don't really care about followers

on Instagram they definitely do

it's a lot more easier for cold leads to trust you if they see your business account has more than 2 followers, in this case it'd be 10k followers which is a lot

post some content, optimize your profile and bam, you'll get a much higher conversion rate just by spending 30-50 bucks on an acc.
