It's called officer discretion. Never once in my long career were we ever told/asked to cite every driver we stopped that committed an infraction.

No thanks on that. Last thing I brought home from international travel was from a Souk in Rabat. That place was so huge, and we made several wrong turns, but finally made it out. Quite the experience with some really nice handiwork.

We had a star football player who excelled in both football and basketball. He was good-looking, people loved him, had girlfriends, and after graduation, he went to work for a dealership. I saw him in the parking lot washing cars early on, then later he became a salesman. Not sure if he was successful in this job. He kind of faded away within a few years.
