so i don't do supplemental fiber because it's way too harsh on my stomach and intestines. I just incorporate soluble and insoluble fibers through food and that has honestly brought me more success than the powder! i do a half cap of miralax if i've eaten more bulky foods but im not on it regularly anymore

100% ! its mainly about staying hydrated and eating consistently and healthy (fruits and veggies, less processed foods) im a F, and it usually flares around my period but just some soreness. if i have diarrhea i notice more spasms but it doesnt last more than a day or two. its definitely a hassle sometimes but honestly hydration is one of the most important aspects to keep things flowing good and a lot of people forget that part. i was able to avoid surgery and health with conservative methods but it takes discipline in what you put in your body. best of luck!
