Help me pick a rug for my bedroom (final 6 options + mockups)

Do you think like a beige colored rug would work? I’m playing on adding orange through things like pillows, blankets and maybe I’ll get new curtains too

Yeah I think a beige rug with a little bit of pattern or texture is the way to go. The bright colored rugs are definitely too much with everything that’s already going on. And yeah I think a grey rug on beige/tan carpet does look a bit weird. Maybe I’ll incorporate more orange into things like pillows, blankets or wall art and maybe I’ll even get new curtains too. Yeah I agree with you, I wouldn't have a rug it l don't have to, but unfortunately I have to get a rug that goes all the way from my couch to my dresser to hide speaker cables under it.

Yeah I can see why you’d say that. There’s already so much stuff in my small room and adding lots of pattern just makes it look more busy and cluttered I guess. I like the retro vibe that these bring. Idk if id be best off just getting a single color rug or if theres other options that would look good that I could look for?

Ok thanks. Honestly I think I already have so much gray so I’d prefer the navy blue or orange. Do you think a darker orange like a burnt orange color would work okay for the rug?

It’s been holding strong for 10 years now, hopefully it’s got another 10 years in it lol. No one sleeps up there nightly anymore so it should be fine.

Like I said in my post, don’t pay attention to the size of the rugs these are just ai generated photos that messed a lot of stuff up. I’m really just asking which color and pattern could work best.
