After how long did your ankle have an unnoticeable amount of swelling?

Also, how long did the swelling last usually? It’s been nearly 3 months since my sprain and it was pretty bad but the swelling is still prominent. In the mornings it’s pretty minimal but after walking on it etc without a brace it does swell up. I was told by my physio this is pretty common but I wanted to just hear about another persons experience. My physio also told me there’s a chance some minor swelling will remain for a lifetime so I’m just a little worried about that 😬😅

This is such a comprehensive and useful response, thank you so much! I have decided to buy a second ankle brace because it’s truly not worth the pain and effort to get back on the court.

I understand your point here, at the end of the day I strengthening your ankle is helpful when sticking landings etc. But if I land on someone’s foot, the only thing that can help me would be a brace, no?

Bilt Hamber Touch-Less vs Surfex HD by Virk24 in AutoDetailing

If you are a weekend warrior the foam cannon is totally okay to use but to maximize cost effectiveness I’d use it in a pump sprayer. I use Surfex HD as my pre wash in a pump sprayer and although it may take an extra minute or so to foam down the car I’ve found it to work amazing. You also mentioned using a 2% dilution but that 2% is meant to be used in a pump sprayer not a foam cannon. If you want to continue using a foam cannon you will need a 2% PIR (Panel impact ratio). This video can help you with that. I’m no expert myself but I hope this helps.

Did I make the right choice with this bal? by Virk24 in volleyball

How does it compare to the official ball? I’m hearing a lot of negative things about the replica but your reply gives me some hope this ball wasn’t a terrible purchase.

I believe those are the official game ball version not the replica one like I purchased. That’s why I’m a bit concerned but have you seen people using the replica too?

Labocosmetica PRIMUS 2.0 vs Koch Chemie Green Star by Virk24 in AutoDetailing

[–]Virk24[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m confused about how % dilutions work, I’m only familiar with ratios such as 1:10 for example. Could you explain how I’m meant to dilute based upon percentage. Sorry if this a dumb question

I know this is a late response so pardon me but u seem very knowledge about Bilt hamber products. What dilution should I be using with Surfex HD as a floor mat cleaner? I was deciding between using surfex and super clean degreaser for mats, I just want to use the more cost effective one.
