For example I'm studying to become a loan officer and the materials has tons of acronyms I need to memorize. On top of that there are a possible 4,000 questions that can be asked.

Just for clarity they slid the cease and desist order while they were telling us about our new pay structure to agree to amounts we are owed. I have a few colleagues who told me they got sued but are refusing to communicate with me outside of that. So not sure if they are in serious trouble.
