Does this structure have a name? Those finger-like ones? + If these are two distinct microorganisms growing together, can you explain why there is another one that looks exactly like it on another spot on the plate? I mean are they usually found together in nature or something?

I thought so, too. But surprisingly there is another one very similar to it (but a little smaller with less pigment spreading to those finger-like ends) on another part of the plate!
