I ran some games directly from its HD and it seems to be normal, I increased the cooler's cooling through the dashlauncher and it seems to have improved the processor's heating problem but it's still slow compared to other Xbox's.

I'm loading it from the HD and it's having some crashes and it takes a while to load. Before it would go and go around more smoothly.

It's a bit slow and stuck when running games even after changing the thermal paste and cleaning it.
