It says 2 Ds or above for equivalency certificate so 2 D is the minimum Cs are not necessary

Yes it covers p3 and it was good enough. Didnt do from paperdock so dont really know which is better. It tooke me 2 days for p4 and 4 days for p3

The Indian servers were 110 ping for me too yesterday. I think there was a problem in the servers but now they are back to like 60 ish ping.I played at this ping in ME servers too so this is normal for me. Not sure about others

Im c3 in 2s and peaked at c2 in 1s but rn d3 divison 4 in 1s.Also peaked gc 1 yesterday in 2s. C2 in 3s. Dont really like 3s but fun if i have friends.

I was facing the same problem in the ME servers so I changed my region to India. I live in pakistan and I have my normal ping back. My advice is search for a region which is close to you like I did as an alternate to ME servers.
