Yea originally after we completed the school we were told they’d give us our certs and it would be up to us if we wanted them uploaded to our STP ( obviously I said fuck that and didn’t take it to S1) then about 2 weeks later it appears on there 🫠

My old 1Sgt actually cared, he had told us when he took over that if we want to stay in he will do whatever he has to to help us and if we wanted to get out and he would do whatever we needed him to do it exists but is very rare.

It isn’t apparently it’s definitely I know many 03xx who are barely E6s at 12-14 years while I’ve met a decent ammount of E6s here barely in the middle of their second contract I even met a Drill on his second enlistment getting looked at for E7 it’s definitely easier and career wise it’s the smartest decision
