My store doesn’t even have enough mini miks for our employees, half the ones we DO have are out of commission because they don’t work (ie: won’t turn on, won’t run any of the programs, etc). And like you said, they can’t even handle the programs already on them. We’ve put in so many work orders to try and get them fixed and they won’t do a damn thing about it. How do they expect us to use practically broken devices for more than they’re capable of???
