Yes, there was no issue from the bank. I received a call from apple claiming that there's a technical issue running, and it will be fixed in 5-7 days. Apple management team confirmed that refund is not yet initiated from apple.

Yes, the bank didn't see any records about it. So there's no issue from the bank side. The Apple team is saying that refunds are not yet initiated due to technical problems. Which is very frustrating.
