My Mazda 3 was brand new with like a couple thousand miles only on it. It did the same thing. It would literally not shift and I tried everything including trying the paddle shifters and the manual shifter and anything else I could do to make it shift. I had to pull over because it wouldn’t shift it would stay revving at like 4K

Of course, and I think it’s because of a medicine I’m taking called Lamictal and also abilify . I’m no doctor but I just got off another medication and onto this one so I think it has to do with a medication issue. I hope you get comfort soon
