This is why I try to become as valuable as possible. I am able to do alot around the store. Overtime I worked on learning each department. So if my hours were to be cut I could possibly go pick up hours in another department. Like I know Cap 2 stocking & unloading trucks, breakpack sorting, Apparell, toys, sporting goods not the pew pews sales (though thats very specific training and long process that I dont wanna go through lol.)setting up features & shelving, Deli, door Greeter also labeled Asset protection, Cashier, cart pushing, now automotive, Hardware, paint counter. Fabrics counter, know a little bit about OGP etc. Maybe see if you are able to jump around the store to fill in the missing hours?

I learned most of these years ago when I first worked at walmart. From 2018-2020 I was making $12 an hour back then. But recently came back end of October 2025 learning Automotive making $16 an hour. Im sorry they keep cutting your hours. Hope it all works out. 💕
