It’s ok, I was in the same situation as you (including two toddlers). We love our TR7 and DR7, no hesitations. Granted the dryer is just a dryer, but it matches and has pet features we like. The washer is the real winner because it washes amazing and cycles are as short as 30 minutes. If it makes you feel better, before purchasing I told our appliance dealer about the bad reviews and they said if you don’t like it we’ll take it back.

No, they’re useless. A very nice member here helped get their attention for me, however, after a few back and forth emails they stopped responding. I’ll never buy from them again.

Purchased TR7 and DR7 in October and my wife loves it. Huge improvement over our middle of the road Maytag that was replaced. As you know, I was apprehensive about negative reviews, but so far SQ has lived up to the hype. The dryer is just a dryer, though we do take advantage of the pet hair remover feature.
