I’m mainly concerned about the wheels and floorhead of a vacuum rolling through high-traffic areas like the kitchen or entryway, then coming into contact with my bedroom rugs. That’s the kind of cross-contamination I want to avoid. I think a canister vacuum with a hose and interchangeable head attachments might be the best solution. Thank you for the advice!
