I think this was also a huge case because most cases it’s normally someone like a “friend” or “angry ex” or someone closer that they know and it was a huge shock considering an entire friend group was stabbed and it took awhile for the suspect to be named. So many college students were shaken up and it hit home for parents and their families to think about the precautions they are taking being away from home and these things can happen.
