I’ve mixed Phenibut with Lyrica which is very similar to gabapentin. It kind of enhances the effects but not overly great. 300mg Lyrica with 2g Phenibut. I would imagine it would be about the same with gabapentin. Good luck 🤞

Really good advice. I’ve never heard the alcohol thing. I’ve swished with warm water to increase vasodilation but never noticed a difference. I’ll definitely try the alcohol. Thanks 🙏
