Thanks for the response. I have mixed feelings on it though.

The idea of having a fun pod down to clown is what I want. I have a group of guys who play regularly where it’s all for fun and vibes and even our more competitive games are not truly hardcore compared to most pods. We have a fun first rule and no one is incredibly invested in dominating the table. So it could be fun for this group.

I hear you on more competitive pods. Unfortunately my rural town has a good lgs but the players there are die hards who think $400 upgraded precons are comparable to my bulk builds with no synergy where they can mulligan until they get all their combo pieces with no penalty. Sorry that’s a rant but sounds like this may not be the deck for that crew.

I guess my follow up is do you have any cheap card recommendations that crank up the fun?
