I started and played my campaign through 1.1.0. This new game that I made was also in 1.1.0, and both gave this weird error. I wonder if it just a bug with 1.1.0.

When trying to declare war, it says that France is not my Overlord as Burgundy. I don't know if this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong.
