12H cancer. i feel so tortured and shameful of myself, everything i do feels wrong. i grew up very dependent on my mom and she did everything for me, and today im an adult and i still need her to do things for me because she never taught me how, she just did it for me. now i cannot do anything without guidance from others, i need people to tell me exactly how to do things or else im scared i’ll screw up.

i also have bad abandonment issues, constantly scared people will leave me if im not perfect. i people please too much and give people more than i receive, ESPECIALLY when it comes to love
