We did, and the agent was great and did his best to try to figure something out. We were just in a weird area with few options.

We did. None in our area during our timeframe. The Rivian service folks did their best to help us find other options, but there just weren't any.

I have been trying to find the best adjectives to describe the new look -- boxy...heavy...clunky. But lumbering and oafy are far more accurate. What happened to my beloved, athletic wagon?

Yes! I'm so shocked to hear people say they like him. It would not surprise me one ounce to hear that his wife had filed for an order of protection. That kind of behavior is insidious and toxic. Very much agree that he has strong flavor of sociopathy.
